What is JCPenney’s return policy?

Can I get my order delivered to a JCPenney store?
Yes. Orders are generally ready for pickup within 4-7 business days. Your payment method is charged once the item is shipped. You’ll be informed when the order arrives. Make sure to bring the card you used to make the payment. Note that orders are only held for 10 days, otherwise, it will be returned and you’ll be credited for the purchase price. Orders below $25 are charged a $3.50 shipping fee while orders $25 and over get free delivery.
Does JCPenney offer same-day pickup?
Yes. Items are generally ready within 4 hours. Note that for orders to be picked up on the same day, they must be placed before 3PM local time or before 1PM local time on Sunday. When does JCPenney charge my payment method?

What is JCPenney’s return policy on Furniture and Mattresses?
Furniture and mattresses have a 48-hour return period from delivery. Special orders must also be canceled on the next business day after the order has been placed. They are deemed non-returnable upon delivery and acceptance. You have 48 hours from delivery to report damages and defects. Delivery and service fees are non-refundable. For returns, expect to be charged a 15% restocking and an $85 pickup fee. Refunds will only be issued with a receipt.
