No. J Renee does not store credit card information which is why they are unable to make modifications to an order. You can send a request ticket for the order to be canceled instead so you can make a new one. Note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Does J Renee offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is offered for orders within the 48 continental US states via UPS SurePost. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be based on the number of pairs you are ordering as well as the location where you’re shipping them to. Yes. J Renee has partnered with iGlobal to offer international shipping.
When does my J Renee order ship?
For orders to be shipped on the same day, they must be placed before 1:30PM (CST) Monday through Friday. Orders received after that cut-off period will have to be shipped on the next business day. Click here for more shipping information.
What is J Renee’s return policy?
Unworn merchandise still in the original packaging can be returned within 90 days for a refund. Your original shipment should contain a return form. Fill that out along with the order number and the reason that you’re returning the item. Include the form with the merchandise you are returning. For domestic returns, you can print out a return label here. Note that $6.95 will be deducted from your refund when using their return option.

Do J Renee products come with a warranty?
A guarantee against manufacturer’s defect is offered for all J Renee products within 60 days from the purchase date. This does not, however, qualify regular wear and tear. If you feel that the shoes you purchased from the website are defective, email customer care at customercare@jrenee.com or call 1 (855) 598-3810 for assistance.
Does J Renee accept exchanges?
No. As of the moment, J Renee is unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different size, color, or style, you can just place a new order instead. Return the shoes you wish to exchange and once they are received at the warehouse, a refund will then be issued to you.
When can I expect my J Renee refund?
Once your returned item has been received, a refund will then be issued to the original mode of payment used when you made the purchase. Note that used coupons will be forfeited from the order. You will receive a confrmation email once a refund has been issued, but it may take 10-14 business for the amount to reflect on your statement.
Can I get notified when a particular J Renee product becomes available?
Yes. If you want to be notified once a product become available, just request a ticket. You will then get a notification once that item arrives.
