Lands' End accepts returns of new, unused items for 90 days for a full refund. After 90 days or for customers without receipts or packing slips, returns will only be accepted for store credit. Returns can be made by mail for free with a reorder, for a flat fee of $6.95 with the prepaid shipping label or to the store.
