Yes. Preservatives are necessary for grooming products to prevent them from becoming breeding grounds for microbes. LATHER uses a combination of synthetic and natural preservatives that are gentle to the skin. Also, LATHER products DO NOT contain sulfates, synthetic color, synthetic fragrance, parabens, or mineral oils.

Despite olive oil’s moisturizing property, not many commercial soaps use it because it’s quite expensive. LATHER’s soaps are specifically formulated to match the natural pH of the skin, thereby effectively maintaining its healthy balance.

Yes. Free Ground shipping is offered for products $60 and up that are being shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. LATHER also offers expedited shipping, which you can select upon checkout. Note that orders will only be processed within normal business hours and LATHER does not offer weekend shipping.

Any unopened or gently used product from LATHER.com can be returned within 30 days from its purchase. Contact customercare@lather.com to get a return authorization number along with the necessary return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once the return is received, a refund will then be issued to the original payment method. Charges for shipping and handling are non-refundable. No. LATHER is a member of PETA and does not test on animals. They do not work with labs that conduct animal testing and they abide by a cruelty-free policy.

Contact customercare@lather.com if you noticed that you’ve made a mistake with the shipping address. It may still be modified as long as the order has not yet been shipped. LATHER will be unable to modify the shipping details if there is already a shipping label. Customers are advised to double check their shipping details before submitting an order.
