As of the moment, Misook does not ship outside of the United States. Misook is also unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO Boxes.

Free standard shipping via UPS Ground is offered on all Misook orders. Standard orders will require 1-3 business days processing before they are shipped. Can I track my Misook order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with the tracking details. Wait 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
Does Misook accept pre-orders?
Yes. Note that an estimated shipping date will be indicated on the description page of the product. However, these types of products may be subject to unforeseen circumstances and Misook is unable to guarantee these dates. Nevertheless, pre-orders will be processed pending the verification of your payment method and the item’s availability.

Does Misook accept exchanges?
Yes. If you are not pleased with the size, color, or style of an item you just purchased, Misook offers complimentary exchanges for all orders. They will pay for the return postage of the item and ship you the new one without any additional charge.
Does Misook accept returns?
Yes. If you are not happy with the color, style, or fit of the item you purchased, you can always return it to Misook without any additional shipping charge. Items that are unaltered and unworn and are still in original condition with tags attached can be accepted for return within 60 days from the original ship date. When can I expect to receive my refund from Misook?
Refunds are processed promptly, usually within 1-3 business days to the method of payment you used when purchasing an item. However, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. An email confirmation will be sent to you once a return or exchange has been completed. Expedited shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Final sale items are also not eligible for returns and exchanges.
What is Misook’s policy on damaged, defective items?
For defective and damaged orders, make sure to notify Misook within 7 days from receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. When reporting, make sure to include photos of the damage along with your order number. Somebody will get in touch with you to instruct you on what the next steps will be.
