Signing up for a subscription means getting the product or products you have selected delivered straight to your door on a monthly basis. Your chosen payment form will be billed for the same amount every month every time your orders are shipped. Note that free shipment and other discount offers may only be applicable during the first subscription month so it is advised that you read the terms and conditions carefully.

You can cancel your MONQ subscription any time. It is recommended that you process the cancelation via the MONQ website. Just go to My Account and click Subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to cancel, go to Actions and then click Cancel. You may also log in to your PayPal account or your Amazon Pay account and cancel the subscription from there.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your MONQ product, you can have it returned, replaced, or refunded for its purchase price within 30 days from its date of purchase. Email MONQ first about the problem and once approved, a return request will be made. To complete a return, proof of purchase will be required such as an invoice number of a receipt. To be eligible for a refund, an item must be returned within 30 days from purchase date. Once the return has been received and inspected, a notification will be sent to you via email detailing whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
