Does Oakley accept custom orders?
Yes. Due to the length of time needed to process a custom order, you should anticipate that they will take a longer time to be delivered. For custom eyewear orders, 2-7 business days are required for processing and will be shipped via standard mail, which could take an additional 5-14 business days. You may also choose the expedited method to have the item delivered faster. Custom Backpack and Bag orders will be shipped through FedEx, which could take 4-5 weeks to arrive.

Are there shipping surcharges at Oakley?

What is Oakley’s return policy?
If you are not happy with a product you received contact customer care at 1 (800)403-7449 for a Return Authorization number within 45 days of receiving the item or 15 days for wearable electronics. You will then have 30 days from the time your RA number was issued to return the product. Returns must be placed in their original packaging, along with the accessories included when you received them. Note that returns that do not meet the standard may be charged a restocking fee. Does Oakley allow order redos?
Yes. You may take advantage of a one-time change on lens color, frame color, prescription, or glasses style within 60 days from your original shipping date. This is free of charge. If credit is in order, it will be processed upon receipt of the original eyewear by customer care. To return the original merchandise, just follow the returns process.
