Does Sprint offer in store pick up?
You can order phones and accessories online and pick them up in local Sprint retail stores the following day and in some cases, the same day based on availability of stock on hand. Sprint also allows some customers to order online and have items sent to Walgreens for pick up.
What is the Sprint return policy?
Devices, accessories and other items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be free from damage and should be at or near new condition. Damages can result in a lowered refund amount. Some returned items may have a restocking fee.

Does Sprint buy back phones?
Sprint allows customers to sell their Sprint and other branded phones back to Sprint for credit to apply toward the purchase of a new phone or for cash.
