Does Stag Arms accept returns?
Yes. Unused products may be returned within 15 days and a 15% restocking fee may be charged. Returns need to be approved by contacting customer service here or call 1 (860) 229-9994 to receive a Return Materials Authorization number. Returns without authorization will not be processed and will be returned back to sender. Items that are used, engraved, or sold as blemished are not eligible for returns.

Does Stag Arms accept custom work items for returns?
No. All custom works that Stag Arms LLC has completed are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
When does Stag Arms issue a refund?
It will take 2-3 weeks for returns to get processed. Refunds are generally credited back to your original mode of payment within two days after the return processing date. It may take two billing cycles for the refund amount to reflect on your statement.
How do I cancel my Stag Arms order?
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, complete the form here and somebody will get in touch with you upon the successful cancelation of the order. If you made the order through a dealer, contact the dealer directly. Note that once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. What should I do if I have problems with a Stag Arms product?
If you are experiencing issues with products that are being shipped to you or with products you have already received, contact customer care so the issue can be duly rectified. Stag Arms warranty covers cerakote items however, cerakote paint is not covered as cerakote may damage or scratch over time due to usage.

What is Stag Arms’ warranty policy?
Stag Arms offer a lifetime transferrable warranty and infinite shot barrel guarantee. Note that all repair and warranty issues must be handled directly by Stag Arms and not your dealer. Alterations or modifications on a firearm void the warranty.
