Does Staples offer price matching?

Can I buy online and have it shipped to a Staples store near me?
Yes. Staples has the Buy Online Pick Up in Store option. Many items available online are also eligible for pickup at a Staples store within just an hour. It’s free of charge too! Products available for this option will have the 1-Hour Pickup button. You should receive a confirmation email once your product is ready for pickup and all you have to do is show up at the store and bring along a valid ID to get your order. Click here to learn more.
What is the Staples handling fee?
A handling fee is applied to those items that need special handling such as those that are bulky or heavy. The fee should be indicated on the product age if an item is applicable. It should also be reflected in your cart and upon checkout. A handling fee of $2.99 is charged per quantity of an applicable order. Note that it is non-refundable.
What delivery options does Staples offer?
Free Next-Day delivery is offered for qualified orders. This includes orders worth $49.99 or over, those placed by Staples Plus Paid members, orders placed on Staples’ in-store kiosks, orders being delivered through the Staples Auto Restock program. What is Staples’ policy on damaged, defective items?
If you received a defective or damaged item, login to your Staples account and go to My Orders to select the item you wish to return. Select defective or damaged as reason for the return. You’ll be asked if you wish to get a replacement. Replacements for these types of orders will be at no additional cost to you.
Can I cancel a Staples order?
Yes. Most orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. Just login to your account and locate the order you wish to cancel under Order Center.
