What is Under Armour’s US return policy?
Returns for items purchased from the website, app, or brand house locations are free within 60 days provided that a proof of purchase is present. Returned items need to be in their original condition and must be accompanied by the original packing slip. If item was bought from a Factory House or Brand House, you can return it to any Under Armour store. Otherwise, you can print out a return label and ship your item back.

What is Under Armour’s return and exchange policy on Borderfree orders?
International returns require a return authorization, which can be requested from email@example.com. Make sure to include the SKU number, order number, and the quantity of the item being returned in the email so you can be provided with the return instructions. You will be provided with 2 copies of DHL AirWaybill, and 3 copies of the commercial invoice, plus the amount being refunded along with other costs associated with the return.
Arranging for the return parcel’s pickup or dropping off to the local DHL facility are the customer’s responsibility. Copies of the DHL AirWaybill and the commercial invoice must also be furnished to the DHL representative.
Do note that as of the moment, Under Armour is only able to process Return-for-Refund requests, but not Return-for-Exchange requests. In instances when you would prefer a different color, size, or style than what was on your original order, you’ll have to place a new order at the Under Armour website.
Can I cancel or change my Under Armour order?
If you ever find any issue concerning your order, it is advised to call 1 (888) 727-6687 right away. There is a very small window of time between order placement and processing and Under Armour isn’t able to guarantee that an order may be canceled or changed before getting processed.
