Does Vueling offer assistance to people with special needs?
Anyone who has special needs, including those in wheelchairs or with vision/hearing limitations, casts or other mobility issues can request special assistance on and off their flights. For requests that are being made more than 48 hours before flight time, the request can be made through the website. For requests made in less than 48 hours but over 24 hours, it can be handled through customer service. For requests being made with 24 hours or less before flight time, the request will need to be made directly to the airport. Not all requests can be handled/honored and accommodations may be limited on some flights.
