What payment options are available at Watchmaxx?

When will my Watchmaxx order ship?
Shipping of orders will depend largely on an item’s inventory status. In-stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Available items will usually take 2-4 business days to ship. Sourced items will take longer to ship, about 1-6 weeks.
Does Watchmaxx accept trade-in?
Yes. If you have an old watch that you wish to trade in for a new one, you can fill out the trade in form here. Get an estimate within 1-3 business days and you will be provided with the shipping address to send the watch to. Once the watch is received at Watchmaxx, its condition and authenticity will be inspected and you will be given a final price confirmation. You can either get a credit the next time you purchase a watch at Watchmaxx or you can choose to receive a check instead.
What is Watchmaxx’s shipping policy?
Watchmaxx offers free shipping for orders over $150, provided that they are shipping to destinations in the continental United States. Most orders are shipped via UPS. Note that goods being shipped outside the USA may be subject to taxes, which should be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Same-day shipping is provided for orders that are received from Monday to Thursday by 3:30 PM (EST) or Friday by 12:30 PM (EST), provided that they are in stock. Email notification containing the shipping and tracking details of the order will be provided once the order is shipped. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Does Watchmaxx offer financing?

Does choosing Affirm when checking out my Watchmaxx order mean a credit check will be performed?
Yes. The first time you create an Affirm account, there is a need for Affirm to perform a soft credit in order to verify that you are who you say you are. This is also to verify that you are eligible for financing. This is a soft credit check and will not affect your credit score.
What is Watchmaxx’s return and exchange policy?
For brand new merchandise, you have 30 days from receipt to return them, provided that the merchandise is returned in unused and original condition. The plastic protectors, original tape, and stickers should not have been removed. Watches must not be opened or tampered with in any way and must have no sizing changes and must be unworn. If you need more than 30 days to process the return, contact Watchmaxx here. For store-display or pre-owned marked merchandise, you have 14 days upon receipt to have them returned. Items that have been marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
All returned items must have a return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting Watchmaxx here. Customers must return goods via traceable carriers and must be prepaid.
Exchange orders over $350 will be shipped free within the USA. For exchange orders less than $350, the shipping charges will be shouldered by the purchaser. Learn more about Watchmaxx’s return and exchange policy here.
What is Watchmaxx’s refund policy?
Orders being returned for refund that are paid via PayPal, Amazon Pa, wire transfer, Affirm, money order, and check will not be subjected to any restocking fee. Returns paid by Debit, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa will be subject to restocking fee. This will be 3% of the actual purchase price. For orders paid by American Express, a restocking fee equivalent to 7% of the purchase price is charged. Refunds will also be issued in the same form as the payment used in the purchase.
Shipping charges based on the original shipping method will also be deducted from the amount for refund.

Does Watchmaxx still offer PayPal Credit?
Yes. Just select PayPal when checking out your order and once transferred to the PayPal page, select the PayPal Credit option. You should get the PayPal statement via email.
