How does the Blaze TV subscription work?
Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew every fourth week starting from the purchase date. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription year. However, the three-year subscription does not renew automatically. You are advised to call customer service at 1 (800) 282-2788 Monday to Friday, 9AM to 9PM (CST) before your 3-year subscription expires to renew.
What is Blaze TV’s refund policy?
Regardless of the subscription you selected, if you decide to cancel within the first 15 days of signing up for a subscription or renewing it, you will be provided a refund of the most recent payment that you made. Canceling after 15 days from the time you have subscribed or renewed the plan will no longer entitle you to any refund. However, you will have access for the remainder of your subscription period. How do I cancel my Blaze TV subscription?
If you wish to cancel your MyBlaze TV subscription, you can call customer service at 1 (800) 282-2788 or email email@example.com. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Additionally, you may also cancel your subscription via My Account on the MyBlaze TV site. Just scroll to My Subscriptions and look for the Cancel Subscription button.
Can I use a currency other than USD when subscribing to Blaze TV?
Yes. You may choose to purchase your Blaze TV subscription using a currency other than USD. However, your bank statement will likely reflect a conversion fee charge.
Can a Blaze TV subscription be given as a gift to someone else?
