10 Million Hours of Sleep Data Analyzed - by Eight Sleep

Eight Sleep, the company that introduced us to "smart mattress" technology to improve sleep, has released a new study that says a lot about the "State of Sleep" today. Using data collected from over 10,000,000 hours of sleep (yes, you read that right: 10 million), the team at Eight Sleep has found some very interesting information that can help you make adjustments to improve your sleep.
For example, Eight Sleep found that people who use 4 pillows when sleeping toss and turn about 7% more throughout the night and get less deep sleep than sleepers using 1 pillow. Apparently, less is more when sleeping!
Or how about this one: 46% of dads find their sleep to be restful while only 13% of moms have restful sleep, according to Eight Sleep's data.
