Homelessness is a serious issue affecting many of the largest cities in the country. In California, homelessness is an extremely serious issue. PATH’s mission is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. They do this by building affordable housing and providing supportive services throughout California. Supportive and affordable housing is a huge transition point for getting people off of the street and back into our society. PATH helps people find and maintain this housing and promotes programs that help those without homes. By helping people stay in homes long term, these people are more likely to find dependable jobs and get back on their feet.
