Affiliate Approval: All affiliates must apply and be approved by the company (BPY HEALTHCARE /TA BuzzPinky) before they can participate in the affiliate program. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to: spamming, incentivized clicks, fake clicks or impressions, cookie stuffing, or any other fraudulent activity. Commissions: The company will pay commissions only for legitimate sales made through affiliate links. Monitoring: The company reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the affiliate program. Termination: The company may terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the terms and conditions. Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use the company's intellectual property only in accordance with the terms and conditions of the affiliate program. Advertising Restrictions: Affiliates may only advertise in approved channels and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must follow the company's brand guidelines when promoting the company's products or services. Confidentiality: Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the company, including but not limited to commission rates and payment terms.
