What is the Fetch return policy?
Fetch allows returns for items that are new/sealed and unused for 14 days after purchase. Some items cannot be returned due to safety concerns. All acceptable returns are free to Fetch. Simply create a label here, box your shipment and then take to the nearest Collect Plus location for return. Payments should be refunded in around 14 days.
Can there be changes or cancelations of a Fetch order once it has been submitted?
Changes and cancelations are not allowed as the Fetch system moves quickly to get orders out to hungry puppies as soon as possible.
