Can I pickup my online order from a Tilly’s store?
Yes,
Tilly’s offers free online shipping to any of their retail locations. Place your order and select the pickup in store option. When you receive confirmation that your item is ready for pickup, just present your ID and order confirmation to the sales associate and voila!


Does Tilly’s accept returns?
Yes. Tilly’s has a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase as long as you paid full price for the item, have the original receipt and the tags are still attached to the item you wish to return. If you purchased something on sale, you will receive a store credit. For sale merchandise that ends in .97 (cents), returns are not allowed during red tag promotional clearance events. Sales are also final for the following items:

Can I return my purchase in-store? 
Yes, Tilly’s accepts free in-store returns of online orders. You’ll need to take the item purchased, as well as the email confirmation or shipping receipt, photo ID and the card used for payment to any Tilly’s store. Use the online store locator to find a Tilly’s store near you. 


Can I return my purchase online?
Absolutely. Just click here and enter the order number and other required information. Then, select the item(s) you want to return. All you have to do next is print your return packing slip and shipping label before packing and shipping your item. 


Can I return my purchase online without a receipt?
Yes, Tillys.com accepts eligible returns without a receipt. 
Can I return my purchase at a store without a receipt? If you no longer have a copy of your original receipt, you can exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value.


How do I ship my return?
Deposit your return package in a blue USPS collection box, give it to your postal carrier or drop off at any post office. You can also request free carrier pick-up at http://www.usps.com/pickup. Use your provided tracking number to track your package on its way back to Tilly’s at www.fedex.com/us.


Does Tilly’s provide a return label?

What if I don't want to pay $7 for a return label?

Yes, you can return any item purchased with a gift card as long as it falls under Tilly’s regular return policy. You'll receive a refund in form of a store credit, which is a Tilly’s gift card.
