Fashion trends change as fast as the seasons and sometimes it can be hard to keep up with them. And have you ever tried to read all those fashion magazines? They can be so out there and not always what everyday people would wear. Thankful this year’s trends aren’t as hard to spot and you won’t need to read some high end fashion magazine. Here are a couple of my favorite trends making a rise this year.
High Waisted Bikinis
This summer high waisted bikinis are making a comeback. This iconic 50’s look fell out of style a while back when the cheeky bottoms and boy short swim suits became popular among young women. This year the classic look is back. And there is many reasons why you should try out a pair of high waisted bikini bottoms this summer. Reason number one to rock that classy retro look whether it’s a day at the beach or the neighborhood pool. Another great reason is because you don’t have to worry about the high waisted bottoms staying up on your waist which can be a major problem with other swim bottoms.
FlyKnit Sports Bra
The newest fashion trend in sports wear is Nike’s FlyKnit Sports Bra. No doubt you have heard of Nike’s FlyKnit Racer shoes. Their lightweight and breathable material have revolutionized the way people work out and now Nike has used that material to make sports bras. Nike has made a sports bra out of fabric and yarn in order to let women work out more comfortable. Sport bras have always be a source of pain for women as they work out but we continue to wear them because we need the support. Nike’s new FlyKnit Sports Bra is designed to be lighter, airier, stretchier, and a more supportive work out bra than any other out there and women are falling in love with it.
Floral Patterns
Floral pattern trends have been around for a long time. Each year this trend comes back more popular than last year. The most popular use of the floral patterns are for gorgeous summer dresses and pretty t shirts and blouses. It’s also used for flowy pants or little kitten heels. There is such a wide use for floral patterns I don’t think it will ever go out of style. Plus the floral pattern matches the summer and spring vibes so perfectly.
Slogan Tees
Probably the biggest fashion trend to rise this year are slogan tees. They started their rise on runways from New York to Paris and made their ways to the streets. Perhaps the most popular use of slogan tees are to get across political messages. Slogan tees are the perfect way to keep your outfit casual and cute but still have personality to it. These slogan tees ares making a statement and I think they will be staying around for a while.
