What is the Chaco returns policy?
Chaco will accept returns of unworn items for 45 days after purchase. All returns are free. Customized sandals and other items are not eligible for return. To start the process, use this form.
Does Chaco do repairs?
Chaco guarantees its shoes for life and only an authorized cobbler can work on them. To have your shoes repaired, simply go to the Rechaco Page for more information and to get started. You can also call My Chaco's Custom and Rechaco Repairs at 1-888-211-9211, ext.2, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (EST).
Are there Chaco gift cards?
Chaco has both traditional and digital gift cards. You can choose to send one straight to the recipient or to your own address so that you can package it how you would like. For more information, go here.
What items can I customize at Chaco?
Chaco lets you customize quite a few items including men's and women's sandals, belts, dog collars and leashes. Collars and leashes can be further customized by adding your pet's name directly to them.
Can I cancel a Chaco order once it has been submitted?
Once an order has been received it is likely that the items have been pulled and are being packed and ready to post. Orders cannot be canceled however, items can be returned. Returns are always free at Chaco.
What is the Chaco warranty?
