FoodKick is an easy way to get food, drinks and more delivered to your home (within the service area). It is a part of the Fresh Direct company.

Are other payment methods an option with FoodKick?

Foodkick will accept checking account payments under some conditions including having a valid credit card on the account as well as having placed at least one prior, successful order. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Plans which are commonly referred to as SNAP may be accepted with limitations.

Is there an order minimum from FoodKick?

You must place a $30 minimum order with FoodKick.

Can a FoodKick order be changed or canceled once submitted?

There is a very short period of time that FoodKick orders can be changed in any way. To do so, go to the account history and then click on the option desired.

Does FoodKick offer any type of discounts or savings?

FoodKick has deals which are listed on the website near the top of the home page. The option to create your own bundles is also available and can save money and time. Various FoodKick promo codes are available at CouponCause.

Does FoodKick have a mobile app?

What is the FoodKick delivery policy?

FoodKick requires that someone accepts the delivery for most foods and items. Limited "unattended delivery" options are available but are restricted by what they can contain. The average order will not be carried more than 5 flights of stairs while heavier deliveries will not be carried up 4 flights. If there is no one to leave the delivery with at the first attempt a second attempt may be made with an additional charge. If that second attempt is unsuccessful the order will be canceled and a cancelation fee will apply to the account.

What is the FoodKick return/refund policy?

FoodKick guarantees satisfaction on every purchase. Problems with perishable items should be reported within 7 days or before the expiration date listed. Other food items, including frozen foods should be reported within 21 days. Items may be requested to be returned for inspection by FoodKick. Refunds will be provided as either a replacement item or a voucher for a future item.
