What is the ShopHQ dropship policy?
Items that are too large or heavy to be shipped will be dropshipped from the nearest available warehouse. Fees are based on weight and distance and determined at time of checkout. Deliveries may require advance scheduling and a signature may be required at the time of delivery. These shipments are not available in Alaska and Hawaii.
What is the ShopHQ return policy?
ShopHQ allows returns for 30 days after delivery. Items can be returned for refunds or exchanged.
