The Paper Store does allow customers to order online and then pickup their items at local stores. If the items are in stock, the order can be ready to go a few hours later. If the order must be shipped to the store, an email will be sent when the order is ready for pick up. Items will be held for 5 days.
What is the return policy for The Paper Store?
The Paper Store allows returns for 45 days after purchase. Items can be returned to stores or sent back by mail. For either return method, the original, email confirmation will be needed, not the packing slip. To return by mail, a Return Merchandise Authorization number will be needed.
