How do I place a TicketLite order?

To place an order, just search for the event that you are interested in for the dates you prefer, along with your chosen venue. This will then be fulfilled by one of the participating ticket sellers. When will I receive my TicketLite tickets?

Tickets are generally shipped within 4 days of the purchase unless the on-hand dates are different on the tickets you have purchased. To ensure prompt delivery, tickets are typically sent out with FedEx.

Is it possible to ship my TicketLite to a different address from the billing address?

Yes. However, you may be asked to provide other identification to ensure that the tickets will be shipped securely and promptly.

Is it possible to get a TicketLite ticket at the last minute?

Yes. There are numerous TicketLite listings that have last-minute delivery options. This includes Will Call, E-ticket downloads, or even Local pick-up. You should be able to select the specific designation upon checkout.

Is TicketLite affiliated with the performer or the venue?

No. TicketLite is a fan exchange marketplace. They do not have any official relationship with the performer, artist, or venue. Since they are not a box office or venue, expect that tickets sold may either be lower or higher than their face value.

Does TicketLite provide refunds?

No. All ticket sales are final since tickets are not replaceable. Cancelations or exchanges are not offered as well. For events that got rescheduled or postponed, the tickets will still be honored for the chosen rescheduled date. For refunds, you must contact the seller directly.

What happens if the event for my TicketLite ticket got canceled?

For events that got canceled and where there is no rescheduled date, you must contact the seller using the contact information provided to you when placing the order. You will then be asked to return the ticket to the seller in order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees for returning the tickets will be at your expense and are non-refundable. When buying a TicketLite ticket, note that the prices reflected do not include any applicable fees. Aside from the actual ticket price, you may be charged service fees or the cost per ticket that’s associated with TicketLite’s operation. The price also does not include delivery charges. Delivery fees will depend on the delivery method you select upon checkout.

What is TicketLite’s shipping policy?

Orders will be shipped to the delivery method that you have selected when placing the order. Most orders get shipped on the same business day they are placed. However, orders placed after hours will be shipped on the next business day. Shipments will also require a signature upon delivery.
