Users can buy, sell or bid on tickets on the platform with no worries about their personal information being accessed by strangers. All ticket sales are backed by a Buyer's Trust Guarantee which promises that all tickets sold on the platform will always be valid for the event they were sold for, that all tickets will be received in time for the event, that refunds would happen if an event is completely canceled (exceptions apply to postponed or rescheduled shows/games) and that in the case of an emergency, tickets of equal or greater value would be given.

Buying tickets to the big events can be super expensive. That's why TickPick allows users to finance ticket purchases through Affirm Financing. Simply click the Affirm option at checkout and you will be notified if you have been approved for financing immediately.
How are tickets shipped from TickPick?
TickPick's sellers typically ship through FedEx but other shipping options may be available in some cases. Shipping rates, times and carriers will vary from seller to seller. Other options for ticket delivery may include local pick up where you will meet at a designated area to get your tickets and Will Call where you go to the venue's will call box and collect your tickets.
Does TickPick have any promo codes, discounts or other savings tools?

Does TickPick offer price adjustments for tickets that drop in price?
No, TickPick does not adjust prices for any reason once they have been sold.
What is the TickPick return/refund policy?
All tickets sold on TickPick are sold as is/final sale and no refunds will be given. The exception to this policy is when an event is canceled and is not being rescheduled.
