Udacity allows for a 7 day period where you can cancel your course enrollment without being billed. You may also cancel out of a pre-ordered course any time before it starts. For those on a subscription/auto-renewable billing plan you have the same 7 days to cancel before the next billing cycle. A reminder will be sent before the auto renewal payment is due to allow for these decisions to be made. There are no refunds given for any other reason.
