3. Input the Requested Info and Select Your Delivery Date

4. Personalize Your Gift

At this point in the ordering process, the company lets you personalize what you’re buying. You can do that by adding supplementary gifts to the bouquet that you’ve ordered, such as candles or chocolates. 

And, of course, UrbanStems allows you to send a personalized message with your gift. You’ll get to select that message at this stage of the buying process.

One thing to note here is that UrbanStems doesn’t offer refunds, regardless of whether you personalize what you’re sending or not. However, the company will send out a replacement product if the original shipment is damaged.

5. Input Payment Information and Complete the Order

This is the last step in the ordering process. It’s another straightforward one. All that you need to do is input your payment information, review all of the data that you’ve entered to ensure it’s correct, and then finalize your order.
