Can I still buy a deal that I missed at Woot.com?

No. The moment a deal sells out or expires, it is not going to be offered anymore. Woot.com may offer it on a later date on rare occasions. However, Woot.com doesn’t have a backorder system. They do not accommodate notifications/waiting lists.

Does Woot.com have an option where I can talk to a live person?

What is Woot.com’s return policy?

Most Woot.com purchases may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Returned items that are not damaged or defective will get a refund amount minus the prepaid return shipping costs. Does Woot.com allow self-service returns?

Yes. Items must have arrived defective, damaged, or have missing accessories to qualify for self-service returns. The price should also be more than $20 and the order should have been placed within 30 days. An exception to this would be Shirt.Woot, Gourmet Woot, apparel orders, and other orders transported by freight carriers. To initiate a self-service return, print the return label from here. For other merchandise that do not qualify for self-service returns, contact customer support instead to start the return process.

What payment options does Woot.com accept?

How do I cancel my Woot.com order?

You may be able to cancel an order within 2 hours from placing it. Just click on your username at the top of the Woot.com page and go to Stuff You Bought. You should find the Cancel button underneath. Note that orders under expedited shipping cannot be canceled.

Can I return a defective or damaged Woot.com product?

Yes, products purchased within the last 30 days can be returned if they are defective or damaged. Contact the Support Page about the issue for proper assistance. Before a refund or an exchange is approved, you may be asked to return the item first. However, if it turned out that the product is not damaged or defective in any way, the refund request will be denied and a 15% restocking fee may be charged.

Can I modify the shipping address I provided for my Woot.com order?

No. Once an order has been placed, there is no way of modifying the shipping address. The best thing to do is to just cancel the order instead, provided that it is still within 2 hours since you placed the order, it doesn’t contain any Woot-Off! item, and you did not choose expedited shipping. You may reorder the product with the right shipping address this time, provided that it has not sold out.

Does Woot.com offer warranties for their products?

Products that come with a warranty will reflect the information in the product details. Note that third-party or manufacturer warranty supersedes Woot warranty at all times. Does Woot.com ship internationally?

Woot.com currently does not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states, with Shirt.Woot! being the only exception. Certain products or sales may also not be eligible to certain states. Also, Woot.com is currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Mexico.
