What shipping options are available at All Volleyball?
All Volleyball offers free shipping to all 48 contiguous states for orders over $125. FedEx and USPS may be used as shipping carriers. A flat rate of $6.95 is charged for orders to be shipped to the 48 states through Ground Shipping. Depending on your location, Ground Shipping delivery time can take between 1 and 7 or more days. All Volleyball also offers 2 Day and Next Day shipping. To find out how long it would take for your delivery to arrive at your current location, click here.
Delivery days for FedEx Ground and Express are from Monday to Friday, while FedEx Home delivers from Tuesday through Saturday holidays excluded. USPS Ground and Express delivery days are from Monday through Saturday, holidays not included.
When does my All Volleyball order ship?
For stocked items, orders placed before 1PM (CST) will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after that time will usually be shipped on the next business day. For non-stocked items or those that are not physically stored in the All Volleyball facility, it will take 3-5 business days for the items to be shipped. If your order is a combination of both stocked and non-stocked items, they may be shipped separately, with the stocked item getting shipped on the same day, provided the order was made before 1PM (CST). Can I track my All Volleyball order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track its delivery progress here. Note that it will usually take 24 hours before your tracking information will register in the system.

Can All Volleyball deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, All Volleyball delivers to PO Box addresses. For this option, the packages will have to be delivered via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Does All Volleyball ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

What is All Volleyball’s return policy?
Returns need to be received at the All Volleyball warehouse within 30 days from the order date in order to get a full refund. Any returns received beyond that period will be issued a store credit instead. Orders that are received after 90 days from purchase will still be accepted but will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit.
To facilitate a return, get in touch with the All Volleyball customer service during business hours. You will be provided with a code for anew order to get free shipping regardless of the amount. When returning an item, request a return label here or print out the form instead. Note that this is only applicable for orders being returned from the 48 states. For returns from Hawaii, Alaska, the US Territories, and the rest of the world, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. I received the wrong item, can I return it to All Volleyball?
If an item has been shipped to you by mistake, contact All Volleyball at 1 (888) 962-7077 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Note that mis-shipments, shortages, and other discrepancies need to be claimed within 14 days of their delivery. A representative should get in touch with you within 24 hours upon the receipt of your communication to better assist you on how to send the incorrect item back.
