Does Allbeauty offer free shipping?
Yes! For US orders shipped via Priority Tracked (USPS), shipping is free provided that the order total is $25 or over. Orders less than $25 are shipped for $2.95. It could take 4-6 business days for US orders to be delivered after they have been dispatched.

What is Allbeauty’s policy on damaged, unsatisfactory quality, faulty, or incorrect items?
For poor quality, damaged, incorrect or faulty items, a full refund will be offered along with postage within 30 days of receipt. You may also request a replacement. Beyond 30 days, but within 6 months of receipt, a replacement or a full refund, if replacement is not available, will be offered. After 6 months, it would be the customer’s responsibility to prove that the goods were faulty. A partial or full refund may be offered, depending on the circumstances.
What is Allbeauty’s cancelation policy?

Note that Allbeauty processes and ships orders quickly so there is only a limited time to modify orders before they are shipped out.
