The app is free to download and is available for iOS and Android. An additional app may be available for use at some resorts. Information on these apps will be available in your travel documentation and upon arrival at resorts that use them.

Apple Vacations will attempt to meet any special needs within reason. Calls must be made to customer service as soon as possible for these arrangements to be made. Not all accommodations are possible and there may be a limit to how many special needs travelers can be assisted in one location at a time.

Apple Vacations will do price matching provided that the two vacation packages are identical to one another and from a legitimate source. Blackout dates, special vacation savings packages and other considerations may prevent the price matching from being valid. If the match is confirmed the lower price will be automatically honored.

Apple Vacations Square Deals are vacations at the lowest available price and may be for all inclusive resorts or other special vacation locations.

Apple Vacations will not charge a fee for cancelations that are made within the time frame that is set forth in the booking agreement. Exceptions to this policy do apply including for Square Deal vacation deals that may come with no cancelation clauses. If you have the Travel Protection Plus coverage, a fee will not be assessed, even for the no cancelation vacation specials.

Travel Protection Plus is the travel insurance plan from Apple Vacations. The plan must be purchased within 1 week from the booking and protects in the event of a cancelation due to illness, change in plans or events outside of your own control.
