What shipping options does ASOS offer?
ASOS offers free shipping for orders $50 and up being delivered to the contiguous US. Those that want to receive their delivery sooner can take advantage of the expedited shipping options. Expedited shipping orders need to be placed before 6PM (EST), Monday through Friday or before 3PM (EST) on a Saturday. Here are the shipping options available at ASOS.

Does ASOS offer international shipping?
Yes. ASOS is able to offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. Standard Shipping and Express Shipping may be available to certain destinations. What is ASOS’ return policy?
You can return an unwanted ASOS item within 45 days of receiving it. If you return the item within 28 days of receiving it, a full refund will be provided to you through the original mode of payment you used. If you return an item within 29-45 days of receiving it, a gift voucher equivalent to the price of the item being returned will be provided to you. When can I expect ASOS to send my refund?
Once your returned item has been received, ASOS aims to have the refund processed within 14 days.
Does ASOS allow exchanges?
No. If you want a different size or color of a product you have received, you will need to return it and place a new order.
What is ASOS’ policy on international returns?
You can return an international order within 45 days from receiving it. Click here to select your country and to find the return methods available for you. How long it takes for ASOS to receive your return will depend on where you are located. An email will be sent to you once your return has been received. It will take about 24 hours for the refund to be processed and it will usually take 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on the card used when making the purchase. Does ASOS restock items?
Yes. You can sign up for a back in stock notification by going to My Account and then select Notifications. Once this is setup, you can choose to receive notifications for any saved product once it is back in stock again. Just go to your saved items and choose Notify Me.
Does ASOS price-match?

Can I get an adjustment for an ASOS item I have recently purchased?
