When will my AutoAnything order ship?
Orders placed by 2PM (PST) are usually processed on the same day. In-stock items will generally ship within 1-2 business days while custom-made orders may take more time. After an order has shipped, it takes up to 5 business days for delivery.
Does AutoAnything offer expedited shipping?
Yes. If you wish to receive your order faster, expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost. However, this is not available for all orders or for all shipping destinations. What is AutoAnything’s return policy?
You may return most of the products that AutoAnything sells within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be in unused and new condition. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee although it is waived if the return is due to a mistake by AutoAnything or due to a defective, damaged product.
When can I expect my refund from AutoAnything?
If you have returned an item, AutoAnything will process the refund right after receiving it. Expect refunds to be credited within 5-7 business days. A restocking fee will likely be taken out of the refund and the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used to purchase.
Does AutoAnything ship internationally?
No. As of the moment, AutoAnything is only able to ship their products within the US.
What is the AutoAnything Lower Price Guarantee?
AutoAnything guarantees that you will never pay more for an AutoAnything product than you would for the same product from a competitor. If you happen to find that the same product offered at AutoAnything is offered by another retailer at a lower price, AutoAnything will refund the difference plus $1. The Lower Price Guarantee provides price protection for a full year from the date of your purchase.
Can I cancel my AutoAnything order?
If you wish to cancel an order that you have already submitted, make sure to get in touch with AutoAnything within 30 minutes from placing the order. They will try their best to cancel the order, although they cannot guarantee that they will be successful in doing so.
