How do I skip a Blue Apron delivery?
You can skip any Blue Apron meal delivery up to 5 weeks in advance. Just log in to your account and go to the “Upcoming” page. Select “Manage Delivery” and then select “Skip Delivery” on the pop-up window. Confirm your decision and you will skip the selected meal delivery. Note that orders that have already been processed cannot be skipped.

Can I reschedule my Blue Apron delivery?
Yes. To change the delivery date for an upcoming week, just visit the “Upcoming” page and select “Manage Delivery”. There will be an option for you to reschedule to your preferred delivery date. This will only change the delivery date for that particular order. The rest of your weekly delivery will be kept the same based on what has been indicated.
When will I receive my Blue Apron delivery?
After entering your zip code at sign up, there will be an option for you to select a delivery date from the available options in your location. Blue Apron will do their best to give you a heads up if they can not meet your expected delivery date. However, if your delivery arrived a day later than when it is supposed to or you are concerned about the freshness of the ingredients, get in touch with Blue Apron for proper assistance.
What is Blue Apron’s Freshness Guarantee?
Blue Apron is committed to providing fresh, high quality ingredients through their Freshness Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the ingredients sent to you, contact Blue Apron within 7 days from the delivery date and they will fix their mistake. You can also attach a photo to the form you should submit, as this will help the process.
Does my Blue Apron subscription auto-renew?
Yes. Blue Apron will continue to deliver your weekly meals unless you skip upcoming deliveries or totally cancel your account. Note that there is no commitment at Blue Apron so you have the freedom to skip a delivery or cancel your subscription any time. How do I cancel my Blue Apron account?
If you wish to cancel your account, get in touch with the Blue Apron team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Instructions will be emailed to you on how you can complete the cancelation process. Note that if you have an order that is currently in “Order Processed” or “Shipped” status, they are already processed and therefore, cannot be canceled. The charges incurred for these orders will be your responsibility.
