BuyBest does not issue any refund for a parcel that has not yet been received but is still within the expected ETA. If you have already received the parcel and you are not happy with it for some reason, you can have it returned within the 7-day guarantee period for a refund. BuyBest will usually not require you to send back a broken item so you will not have to pay for shipping.
