📪What is the Castlery US shipping policy?
Castlery ships to only select areas in the US including several cities in California, New York, Pennsylvania and Nevada. Small to medium sized items are shipped via FedEx at a flat rate of $19 for orders under $200 and $49 for orders over $200. Shipping times may vary by location and item.
✅What is the Castlery policy for delivery in the US?
Castlery will deliver to a very limited area in the US including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, New York City, Philadelphia and Las Vegas. Delivery charges are based on the type of delivery with options including Standard, Room of Choice and White Glove delivery.

📦What is the Castlery return policy?
Castlery allows returns of unchanged, like-new items for 14 days after receipt. All items must be shipped back in their original Castlery packaging or a fee of $50 will be added. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items that were sold as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

🚫Can a Castlery order be canceled once it has been submitted?
Castlery sends out an email to confirm orders with tentative completion/delivery dates. If the cancelation request is made before that email is receive, then canceling is still possible. If the request is made after that email is sent the order is subject to a cancelation fee of 20%.
