Does Eastbay offer price adjustments?
You may receive a price adjustment within 10 days from the purchase date of an item that then has a price reduction. However, no price adjustment will be honored beyond the 10-day period.
Does Eastbay charge sales taxes?
By law, Eastbay is required to collect taxes on purchases shipped to certain states. Sales taxes will be calculated based on the state to which the order is being shipped. However, not all customers will be charged sales taxes. Here is a list of states exempted from sales taxes.
Can I make changes to or cancel my Eastbay order?
Eastbay is generally unable to make any changes to orders. Orders are automatically processed the moment you click on Place Order. While you may contact customer service at 1 (800) 826-2205 to request for changes to be made, Eastbay cannot guarantee them. You always have the option to return an unwanted item the moment you receive it. If you wish to add another item to your order, you can place a new order instead.
What domestic shipping options does Eastbay offer?
Several domestic shipping options are offered at Eastbay. Fees on shipping and handling will be determined by the number of items in your order and the delivery method you select. This will be calculated upon checkout. For expedited deliveries such as the 1 Business Day and 2 Business Day options, orders must be placed before 1PM (CST), Monday to Friday to be shipped on the same day. Note that for Military APO/FPO orders, a handling fee of $6 per order is charged and a $1.99 shipping charge per item is also collected. How much does Eastbay charge for shipping to Canada?
Orders to Canada will take 5-10 days from the shipment date to get delivered. A base shipping and handling fee of $12.99 is charged per order. On top of that a $1.99 shipping fee is charged per item. What should I do if I never received my Eastbay package?
If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier yet you have not received it, you have 30 days from the delivery date listed by the carrier to file a lost package claim. To initiate a claim, contact customer service at 1 (800) 826-2205.
What is Eastbay’s return policy on online purchases?
You have 90 days from the shipment date to return an online order. Returns made beyond that will be returned to sender. Exchanged and returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached to it. Refunds will be deducted a $6.99 Return Label fee, with the only exception being when the exchange or return is done due to a defective/damaged item. Credits for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used when the purchase was made.
How do I return an item to Eastbay?
When returning an item, make sure to include the return form at the back of your original invoice. You can also print one out here. For exchanges, make sure to include the size, style number, and color of the item you want exchanged. For US returns, use the Smart Label attached to your invoice or send the package back via USPS insured/Ground Service or FedEx. For international returns, the package should be sent via International Mail.

What is Eastbay’s refund policy?
Refunds will be issued to the form of payment used when you place your order. It will usually take 1-2 billing cycles for credit card refunds to be reflected on your statement. A $6.99 Return Label fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund except where a defective or damaged product is involved.
