What is the Eleaf US shipping policy?

Eleaf ships via USPS/FedEx. Shipping times to APO/FPO addresses may take considerably longer than to other locations. All orders over $150 will require a signature at delivery or the package will not be left.

Does Eleaf ship internationally?

Eleaf does ship internationally. All orders may be subject to additional fees upon arrival including customs and additional taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the Eleaf return policy?

Eleaf accepts returns on some items but not on others. Restricted items may include atomizers, e-liquids, coils and final sale or clearance items. Returns must be in new and unused condition and will be inspected before a refund is approved. Contact customer service for a return merchandise authorization and full return instructions. Any items that are sent back without an RMA number will be refused with no refund given. Items that are damaged during shipping or are incorrect in any way must be reported within 24 hours of receipt or will be subject to the standard return policy. The customer will pay the return shipping costs. In addition, there will be a restocking fee of 15% deducted from the refunded amount.

Can an Eleaf order be canceled or changed once it has been submitted?

Eleaf encourages customers to ensure that everything is correct before submitting an order but sometimes things change. Orders can be changed up to the moment they are sent out. Orders that are already on the truck can be rerouted but will result in a fee of $19.99.

Does Eleaf have an age restriction for purchase?

Eleaf will only complete sales to people legal age to possess and use these items.
