It is not recommended to set up MyRack outside as it is not manufactured and designed for outdoor use or to withstand the elements. Since it is made of metal, it will begin to rust when left outside. If you have to set it up outside, it is recommended that you do the necessary steps for rust prevention. Note that this will void any warranty that Force USA offers.

Yes. If you are not happy with the product, you may return it within 30 days from your purchase date to receive a full refund. You can contact support@forceusa.com or 1 (385) 557-2554 for instructions. Note that shipping costs for returning an item will be your responsibility. If you are returning a damaged or defective product, Force USA will cover the shipping charges.

To process a product return, call 1 (385) 557-2554, Monday to Friday, 9AM- 5PM (MST) or email support@forceusa.com to get an authorization number. Returns must be approved first before shipping them back. All products must also be in new condition and in their original packaging, on a pallet. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the returned product is not in new condition, not in its original packaging, or not on a pallet. Note that shipping and handling fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
