Does GameStop accept returns and exchanges?
Yes. Most items can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the time they were purchased, provided that they are unopened and in their original condition. Pre-owned items can be returned within 7 days from the purchase date or exchanged within 30 days from purchase. However, downloadable content cannot be exchanged or returned. GameStop merchandise can be returned in-store or online. Note that exchanges and returns can only be honored when there is a receipt presented.
What is the GameStop pre-owned guarantee?
Products that come attached with a pre-owned guarantee means that they have been thoroughly tested and are guaranteed to perform as advertised. If you’re not 100% happy with the merchandise, you have 7 days from the purchase date to return it to GameStop for a full refund. For exchanges, you have up to 30 days from the purchase date to do so.
Does GameStop allow bulk orders?

Can I cancel my GameStop order?
