What is the GiftTree shipping policy?
This is the GiftTree domestic shipping policy. GiftTree does not ship to PO Boxes. Some orders may require an adult signature at delivery. For items that are hand delivered rather than shipped, additional restrictions may apply. Some rural areas may be considered out of the delivery zone. The fee for hand delivered gifts is $17.95 per item.

GiftTree will accept returns of non-perishable items only for 30 days after delivery. Call customer service at 1-800-379-4065 for instructions on your return. Other items are covered by the GiftTree guarantee.
