How can I cancel a Groupon order?

You will be able to self-cancel an order as long as you are within the cancelation window. This varies depending on the deal category. Can I modify my Groupon shipping address?

Whether you can still edit your shipping address or not depends on when you have completed your purchase. Orders can still be edited or canceled provided that they have not yetbeen packaged for shipment at the warehouse. Generally, this can be around 2 hours from the time you placed the order. What is the Groupon Trade In?

Vouchers that have not been redeemed or viewed may be eligible for Trade In. You can check if your voucher is eligible for Trade In after 24 hours from purchase. To check if it is eligible, go to My Groupons and click on View Details next to your order. Groupons that are eligible should have an option to Trade In Voucher. Can I transfer Groupon Live Tickets?

Tickets that do not use a G-Pass will require that the name on the voucher must match that of the person redeeming it. Tickets that do not use a G-Pass cannot be transferred within 24 hours of an event. If they are transferrable and it is still more than 24 hours before the event, you can contact customer support for assistance transferringd.

Can I modify my Groupon Getaways reservation?

If the dates were booked through Groupon, existing reservation dates can no longer be modified. You can instead cancel the booking before its cancelation deadline and make a new one. Bookings marked as final sale or non-refundable cannot be modified or canceled.

Can I cancel a Groupon Getaways booking?

Options to cancel a Groupon Getaways booking vary, depending on the deal type. If you cancel a booking that is still within policy, a full refund will then be initiated. When can I expect to receive a refund from Groupon?

Once Groupon issues a refund, the funds are released immediately. However, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank statement.

For Groupon Goods, an item must first be shipped back and processed before refunds can be issued. Refunds will usually be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
