What is the HAY return policy?
HAY accepts returns for 30 days after purchase. All shipping fees, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer. Small items such as accessories can be returned in stores with proper proof of purchase, however larger items will need to be returned via mail and must have a return merchandise authorization number before returning. This number can be obtained by calling customer service. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may be assessed and deducted from a refund.
