Not at all! All HiSmile products have specially developed formulas to ensure that teeth sensitivity is prevented.
What is the HiSmile subscription service?
This service allows you to receive a set of specific subscription products straight to your door every month. Payment will be deducted automatically monthly and products will be sent to you once the payment has successfully gone through. The plan also allows you to adjust the products you wish to get, skip payments, or even cancel any time.
Are there age restrictions on who should use the HiSmile Whitening Kit?
The Teeth Whitening Kit is recommended for users aged 12 and up. However, if you are aged below 18, it is best to secure parental consent first before buying any HiSmile product online.
Can I change the frequency of my HiSmile subscription payments and deliveries?
Yes. To change the products you are getting or the frequency in which they will be delivered to you, just email email@example.com to have a specialist assist you.
Does HiSmile offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, HiSmile guarantees that your teeth should be 2 shades whiter after using their Teeth Whitening Kit. However, if you are not pleased with the results, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your teeth before and after completing the kit. Photos must have valid timestamps too. Applications will take 3 days from submission to be processed. To qualify, the application must be sent within 30 days from receiving the product. More details here.

Does HiSmile offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $65 are eligible for free shipping. People that sign up for the monthly subscription plan will get to enjoy free shipping too.
Can I track my HiSmile order?
Yes. If you have signed up for an account, you can check it directly there. If you do not have an account yet, just wait for the shipping confirmation email. It will contain your order tracing details. Note that it can take 24 hours for tracking to update after an order has been dispatched.
What is HiSmile’s return policy?
If you’re not happy with the products you received, you have 30 days from the time you’ve received the products to return them, provided that they are still in their original condition. Refunds issued to you will not include the shipping costs. Products that have been opened, used, and no longer in their original condition will not be eligible for refund. To initiate the return process, just print out the returns form, enclose it in the package, and mark it appropriately. A tracking delivery service should be used to ensure that the item will safely reach HiSmile. Once shipped back, email the tracking information to email@example.com. Have the parcel returned to:
