What features do all Homebase plans include?
All Homebase plans include free mobile apps for employees and managers, team messaging, payroll exports, manager training, chat and email support, and integrations to select POS providers.
Does Homebase charge a monthly fee per employee?
No. Homebase does not charge a monthly fee per employee. There will be no additional fees for employees, no hidden support fees, no hidden SMS fees, and no scheduling limits.
Does Homebase offer a refund?
If you are currently on a monthly plan and you want to cancel the account, you will be provided with a pro-rated refund for pre-paid subscription fees you’ve been charged with. However, if you are on one of the discounted annual payment plans, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How long does Homebase store my business information?
Homebase stores your information for 4 years. If you have closed your Homebase account, you can still get access to all your data if you will decide to reopen the account within that period.
