How does ordering from Inkpop work?
To order from Inkpop you first start by choosing the item that you want to customize. Next, you choose the color and style. Upload the picture or logo that you want to work with or search the available clipart on the website. Once you have positioned the art where you would like it to be you can move on to adding text or monograms. Once you are satisfied with the front you can add additional lettering to the back or leave it blank. When you are completely finished you can proceed with the order. At this point you will be asked to indicate how many you would like of each size and a price will be generated for you. If you accept the pricing as is, you can complete the order. A finished proof of your design can be sent for final approval before the order is started or you can automatically accept and the order will be processed at that point. The whole process is easy to do and doesn't take a lot of time to complete.

Inkpop guarantees that orders will arrive on time or they are free. The guarantee starts when the order leaves the warehouse and does not include processing time.
What is the Inkpop return/refund policy?
Inkpop only accepts returns if the items are damaged or incorrectly printed. Contact customer service for a return merchandise authorization and information on how to complete the return. Returns that are made outside of the policy guidelines will not be refunded nor returned. Customers must pay for the return shipping.
