Do I have to clean or wash the items before I return them to Le Tote?

No. Complimentary steaming and cleaning are included in the monthly membership fee you are paying for. So, all you have to do is send all the items back.

Does Le Tote offer free shipping?

Yes. Free priority shipping is offered both ways for your tote. It takes 2-3 days for you to receive the items. If you wish to make an online purchase, note that it will be shipped separately from your totes at $5.99 via priority mail. Online purchases over $50 get free shipping.

Can I change my Le Tote subscription plan?

Yes. You can change your subscription plan any time. Just note that the changes will be reflected on the next tote and on your next billing date. It is ideal to make changes to your plan before your next billing date. To change your plan, just sign in to your Le Tote account, go to Account and then click Edit Membership Details. How do I make a purchase from Le Tote?

You can purchase from your tote or purchase items from the website. Purchasing from your tote is easy. Just hold on to the items you wish to buy and return the rest. You can also login to your account and from My Totes, click on Select Items to Buy so you can see details concerning the purchase. Your card on file will then be charged.

If you wish to buy from the website, it is very much like any online shopping experience. Just select the items you want, proceed to checkout, and the items will then be shipped to you.

You can choose between Classic and Maternity subscription plans. Classic subscription starts at $79/month for Maternity and $69/month for Classic.

How does Le Tote style my totes?

Totes are styled based on the looks you prefer. When you sign up, you’ll be asked to “heart” the looks that you would love to wear. You’ll be asked to provide your size as well. Your feedback in the tote ratings will also be factored in to make sure you get a tote with contents that are exactly right for you.

When will I receive my Le Tote items?

Once your tote has been finalized, it will be prepared and packed to be shipped to you. There will be a 1-day handling time for packing and styling. The tote will then be shipped via USPS priority shipping, which could take 2-3 days to reach you.

Does Le Tote allow tracking?

Yes. Once a tote is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including the USPS tracking number. Just log in to your account and use the tracking number to find out the whereabouts of your tote.

Does my Le Tote subscription automatically renew?

Yes. As a subscription service, your account will be renewed automatically every month on the same billing date until such time as it is canceled or paused. You can pause your subscription any time. Just follow the instructions here. If you wish to cancel your subscription, just call customer service at 1 (844) 899-8683 for proper assistance.

What is Le Tote’s return policy?

Any item you purchased can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund through a purchase credit. Note that purchases returned beyond 30 days from the purchase date will not qualify for a refund. Returns should be mailed to the following address:
