M. Gemi accepts returns of unworn shoes and accessories for 14 days. To begin the return policy go to this webpage or contact customer service. For customers that have ordered through Bloomingdales as well as customers from Canada there are no exchanges at this time.

M.Gemi gift cards come in physical cards, mailed to the address of your choice or digital cards that are emailed. Either can be purchased in amounts ranging from $50 to $1000 and can be used online or at the New York store.
