Yes, there are a number of countries that paperchase will ship to. Fees and product restrictions will vary by destination.
What is the paperchase return policy?
paperchase will accept new/unopened and unused products for 30 days after purchase. To make a return email customer service at InternationalCS@paperchase.co.uk for instructions on how to return the package. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. For damaged items, contact customer service with a description of the damage as well as photos and a new item will be sent out as quickly as possible.

Once you submit an order to paperchase it will go to processing and then to order fulfillment. It is unlikely that you will be able to make changes before the order is ready to be sent out.
